The HBS Women’s Association is a not for profit social and professional forum established by and for women graduates of the Harvard Business School.  Its purpose is to create both off and on line an exchange of information, experiences and perspectives so that HBS alumnae at different stages of their lives and careers may more fully realize their individual personal and professional goals.

The HBSWA enables members to stay in contact with fellow alumnae, further their personal and professional training, network with business community leaders, and keep current with HBS initiatives.

We offer many professional development programs and social events to our members.  We are guided by an executive board of alumnae members.
