Biography

Sheila is a partner at Triad Consulting Group and a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School.  She spent ten years with the Harvard Negotiation Project developing negotiation theory and practice. In addition to working with corporate clients like Ford, Citigroup, IBM, Shell, DuPont and Merck, Sheila has provided training for the Singapore Supreme Court and assisted Greek and Turkish Cypriots grappling with the conflict that divides their island.

Sheila has appeared on Oprah, NPR’s Diane Rehm Show, the G. Gordon Liddy show, The Connection with Christopher Lydon, Fox News, and CNBC’s Power Lunch. Her articles on negotiation have appeared in the Negotiation Journal, Oprah’s O Magazine, Fortune, USA Weekend, and Real Simple magazine.
