Backonthecareertrack.com and iRelaunch.com  -- Carol Fishman Cohen (MBA '85) and Vivian Steir Rabin (MBA '86) are the authors of Back on the Career Track: A Guide for Stay-At-Home Moms Who Want to Return to Work, a book offering strategy and advice to women resuming careers after extended time at home with children. Carol and Vivian have also co-founded iRelaunch, a company connecting mid-career professionals on career break with each other, with resources, and ultimately, with companies interested in re-engaging them.
