Our Mission...

The HBS Women’s Association is a not for profit social and professional forum established by and for women MBA graduates of the Harvard Business School.  Its purpose is to create meaningful conversations where women can exchange information, experiences and perspectives so that HBS alumnae at different stages of their lives and careers may more fully realize their individual personal and professional goals.

HBSWA enables members to stay in contact with fellow alumnae, further their personal and professional training, network with business community leaders, and keep current with HBS business initiatives.

Following Harvard Business School's celebration of the 50th anniversary of women enrolling in the MBA program, we envision the potential for HBSWA to encourage women to take leadership roles in their workplace and community.

We offer many professional development programs and social events to our members with the aim of

Inspiring Women to Lead with Courage and Conviction
